Gift vouchers are generally valid for 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stipulated After this date the voucher expires and will be no longer accepted.  The original voucher must be presented when redeeming, no photocopies will be accepted and vouchers will be treated as void if altered or tampered in any way.  No cash will be given if the value of monetary vouchers are not fully utilised in any one transaction.  Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.  Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for products or services within the Hotel. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. For dining vouchers please be aware that supplements may apply.
